As a longtime partner of the Tour Auto Optic Race Audemars Piguet celebrated the 2009 tour by releasing a limited-edition timepiece that encapsulates the wonder of the race. The 26278IK.GG.D002CA.01 has a titanium case that is 44mm in diameter with a solid case back, a sapphire crystal and a fixed rubber clad bezel. The dial is black with a mega tapisserie pattern with three red sub-dials, Arabic numerals, a date window and a white inner bezel. The 26278IK.GG.D002CA.01 is powered by the self-winding 2326/2840 caliber that has chronograph functionality and a power reserve of up to 38 hours. The impressive case is paired with a black rubber bracelet that has a titanium fold-over clasp. It has a water resistance of 100 meters (330 feet). Only 100 pieces were created of this limited edition.
